The XPRT Difference
XPRT is a strategic management consulting firm of hand-picked industry and government experts. We focus on four business areas —strategic planning, business development, pricing strategies, and management and operations.
In these areas we develop solutions to target your requirements. We listen to your needs and help craft a cost-effective and readily implementable action plan to achieve your goals, consistent with your culture, values, and business objectives. We will mentor, train, and partner with you to put our industry and government expertise to work across your organization. To accomplish these functions, we have selected our principals and associates for their experience, client-focused approach, and integrity.
Adaptable & Flexible
Adaptability. We adapt the people we bring and the work we do to fit within the client’s approach. We can provide a single specialized person or a full team. We want to operate seamlessly, so someone wouldn’t necessarily know if one of our experts is an outside consultant or an employee.
Consultants. We have a very careful selection process for screening and overseeing our consultants. We don’t put people on a project unless one of us has worked directly with that person or they work directly with a proven XPRT consultant, giving us consistency of approach and process.
Process. We can bring our own processes to proposals, for example, or we can work within the client’s process.
